A La Carte Care

Hi there! I understand that everyone has different needs as well as a different financial background. I want to be able to support and lend myself and knowledge to all that I can. I created this À la carte for flexible, supportive ways to receive care without committing to a full package.

Grounding & Guidance Session
A one on one space to slow things down.

This session is for processing, asking the questions you haven’t said out loud loud yet, and reconnecting with your body and choices. We may talk through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, loss, or family-building. This may look like session filled with:

  • Pregnancy or postpartum emotional support
  • Anxiety, fear, or overwhelm support
  • Decision-making support

Birth Preferences & Advocacy Session
Birth planning, without scripts or rigid templates.

We focus on what matters to you (your fears, values, and non-negotiable). We’ll translate them into a language you can use in medical spaces. You’ll leave with clarity, not a checklist.

Especially supportive if hospitals feel overwhelming or dismissive. And you’re seeking clarity on:

  • Values based birth planning
  • Medical language breakdown
  • Advocacy and communication support

Postpartum Preparation
Postpartum is not something you “figure out later.”

This session helps you think through the rest, nourishment, support and realistic expectations (before and/or after birth). Together we can create something sustainable, such as:

  • Realistic postpartum expectations
  • Feeding and recovery systems
  • Identifying resources and support systems

Postpartum Presence
Care that centers rest and emotional support. This visit is about tending not fixing. The visits may include:

  • Guidance through early postpartum transitions
  • Light practical support; light assistance, nourishment
  • Emotional check ins and grounding by holding space

Tender Care and & Processing
For the moments that don’t fit neatly into categories.

is space is for grief, loss, abortion, complicated feelings, or quiet transitions that still deserve care. You don’t need to explain or justify why you’re here. Can include:

  • Active listening and emotional presence
  • Grounding practices
  • Resources

Gentle Movement & Stillness

Yoga practices to help you soften and breathe life back into you. Sessions may include private or group settings with prenatal/postpartum bodies. Services may conclude with a guided meditation or breath work.

Placenta Care

Placenta encapsulations with vegan capsules

Yoni Steams

Traditional practices offered with care and education with each supporting herb explained clearly and consensually.

Lotus Bags & Remembrance Offerings

Sacred items created with intention. may include:

  • Lotus birth bags made to order
  • Placenta or cord remembrance items
  • Shadow birth boxes

Hamman-Inspired Restorative Care (Traditional Moroccan Practice)

A ritual of cleansing, warmth, and renewal.

This offering draws from traditional Moroccan Hammam practices and is adapted for a private, supportive setting. It is focused on restoration, not aesthetics. This is always explained in detail beforehand and offered with consent and care.

What this may look like:

  • Bathing and Exfoliation
  • Massage
  • Warming Drinks
  • Closing the Bones Ceremony
  • Belly-Binding

A Gentle Note

Not every offering is right for every body or moment, and nothing here is ever expected or required. We take time to talk through what feels supportive for you, at your pace with care and respect. Some offerings may be available on a sliding scale or woven into broader care plans, and availability is intentionally limited to protect presence and sustainability.

If you are curious, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Starting a conversation is enough.
