Need help starting your family? As a herbalist, I can assist. Outside of herbal remedies adding a more holistic approach, we dive deep into your womb story. I also cater to the male body as well. This is an experience not a process.

Birth

As a Labor & Birth Doula, I am here mentally and physically and serve you. Guide you and ensure you are well educated along your birth journey until the big day comes we welcome your bundle of joy. On this day is when you’ll need the most support to motivate you in your hardest hour. I will try with your partner or just stand alone, to ensure your birthing experience is as close to your dream as possible with support.

Postpartum

They don’t really teach you much for the aftermath. Here, we explore the fourth trimester and all it’s wonders. There are a range of options to choose from depending on the level of healing and care is wanted. Including many tasks that a new mother just shouldn’t be doing.

Bereavement

Understanding that loss no matter the manner, is a grieving process. From miscarriages to abortions. We heal the womb and soul. Understanding how to handle such soft occasions, your mind is in good hands.
